Instructional Designer

  • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of impactful learning experiences that align with business needs, compliance, and innovation goals.

  • Curate and manage LinkedIn Learning content and Learning Paths, aligned with technical, professional, and leadership development priorities across departments.

  • Build and maintain a user-friendly SharePoint learning site to house SOPs, learning resources, job aids, and updates — accessible to all employees.

  • Design and implement LearnUpon LMS learning pathways, combining internal and external content for onboarding, upskilling, and compliance.

  • Draft initial content for internal and external training modules, enabling SMEs to enhance and approve, significantly reducing development time.

  • Apply the full learning cycle — analysis, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch monitoring — to ensure each module meets learning objectives and business impact targets.
