Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with over a decade of experience translating complex, highly technical subject matter into learner-centred digital learning that genuinely works. I have designed and built training across engineering, utilities, early childhood education, VET, and community services — always starting with what the learner actually needs to do, not just what the subject-matter expert wants to tell them. My background spans the full design and development lifecycle — from stakeholder scoping and needs analysis through to eLearning production, LMS administration, and post-launch evaluation. I am equally comfortable working autonomously as the sole designer on a project or embedded within a broader L&D team.   • Designed and developed interactive eLearning modules for engineers and operational staff across DCS systems, HMI navigation, Profibus troubleshooting, control room operations, and cross-plant engineering concepts — translating highly technical subject matter into accessible, engaging learning.
  • Developed end-to-end course content for the Metallurgy for Non-Metallurgists program, making complex metallurgical concepts approachable for non-specialist audiences.
  • Led development of the Engineering Design Excellence (EDE) program to support ISO 9001 accreditation requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational and quality standards.
